If you intend to use the Romago Swiss online shopping services or simply want to browse the Romago Swiss e-shop or otherwise use this site in any means, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Purchase and payment
Romago Swiss only accepts PayPal for online purchases. When you place an order using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you will need to login with your PayPal username and password. Before completing your order, please check that the total amount and billing information are correct. Even if you are not an existing PayPal customer, you can also choose to purchase using this payment method.

Taxes
Transactions in Romago Swiss do not include any import duties / tariff / VAT / handling charges. Please contact your local customs office for tax rates and related information. We will charge the buyer for all shipping and handling charges (15% of the total price) for any tax, duty or unsuccessful transaction (if no sufficient address or contact information is provided). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Modification of Terms
Romago Swiss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Customers. The Customer is reminded to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order. Once an order is placed, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions prevalent at the time.

Trademarks, Service Marks and Copyright
Our trademarks and service marks belong to us and all rights in them are reserved. Our e-shop graphics, logos, service marks and trademarks may not be used without the prior written consent of us. All other trademarks, product names, company names and logos appearing on our e-shop are the property of us. All content on our site, including design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software and audio clips; any improvements or modifications to such content; any derivative works thereof; the collection, arrangement and assembly of all content appearing on this site, are the exclusive property of us and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You further agree that Romago Swiss shall not be held liable howsoever for your use of the site and you agree to waive all claims that you may have against Romago Swiss for any loss or damages you may sustain in connection with your use of the site. In the event that this disclaimer is unenforceable, the total liability of Romago Swiss, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees you paid for the particular service or product upon which liability is based.

FORCE MAJEURE
Romago Swiss shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, natural disasters, casualties, accidents, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Termination
Romago Swiss may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that Romago Swiss, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to Romago Swiss or a third party.

Governing Law
These Terms of Conditions (including the order terms contained in the Customer Service page) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use and the order terms. The content of this site (including Privacy policy & terms and conditions) is written in both English and Chinese. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
